Objective: To reduce suicidality in first-episode psychosis patients attending EPPIC. Methods: Clinical audit and surveys demonstrated the prevalence of suicidality at EPPIC. A monitoring system was introduced to identify those at highest risk and those patients were referred for Life SPAN therapy.
