The study aimed at studying and comparing the supervisory behaviours of head nurses. The subjects were categorized by ages, job experiences and being trained experieces on administrating, supervising, planing, implementing and assessing . The results indicated that the head nurses had fair level in planing and assessing and most of them had implementing the sepervision.
