Objectives: Survey community needs for rehabilitation in the psychiatric patient and families, communities, partner networks are participation in there own community psychiatric patient care.

Methods: Qualitative research by participation observation and field reconding during the operation between january 10, 2558-March 31, 2558. The sample were used to research the needs of psychiatric patients, relatives, community member, community leaders and the partner networks at Buayai District Nakhon Ratchasima Province were 50 persons. Analyzing the obtained data of focus group and then summarize the main issues according to the education objectives.

Results: the sample group study of patients, relative, community member, community leaders and partner networks were 50 persons there had two main issues to participations observation. 1) The problem of psychiatric patients those living in the community were disabilities in their everyday life self-care as no cleaning there body, hair, teeth, skin and eating unhygienic food including no take medicine so that causing their functional impairments. 2) The community had need of knowledge and understanding about patients care skills for psychiatric patient in community for increasing their patient care confidence in the community due to remains the lack of supporting and promoting on knowledge and caring skill for patients properly. So the community leaders will have had a ready to provide asocial support.

Conclusion: The study results showed that the patients still have their living problems in community and the relatives, the members of community, the community leaders still need a knowledge and patients care skills for a better patient life and can adapt patient's living in the society happity as conventional.
