Objective: To study the level of Work Happiness and to investigate the relationship between personal factors of public health staff which responsibility of mental health, Nakhonchaiburin Region"

Methods: Quantitative research, which the sample is public health staff which responsibility of mental health, Nakhonchaiburin Region, responsibility of mental following by the structure of public health institute. 230 peopke were chosen at random from name list of responsibility of mental health staff at Mental Health Center 5, which continuously coordinates. The data were analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation, one-way anova, Scheffe's analysis and Pearson's product moment correlation coefficients.

Results : 230 people were chosen at random from name list of responsibility of mental health staff, Nakhonchaiburin Region. Mostly id 88.7 percentages fermale, 31.3 percentages is age between 45 and 54 were found work happiness of public health staff which responsibility of mental health, Nakhonchaiburin Region was happy at high level such as Happy Heart, Happy Soul, Happy Brain, Happy Body, Happy Family, Happy Society and Happy Work respectively and at the middle level such as Happy Relax and Happy money.

Conclusion: The level of Work Happiness of public health staff which responsibility of mental health, Nakhonchaiburin Region were not related with gender, age, educational level, married status, amount of child, employment status, work place, work position and experiences. The other factors might be relationship between Work Happiness of public health staff but we didn't study in this work.
