Chronic pain is common and complex problems in medicine especially in interspecialty liaison. Such a complaint is always considered seriously and evokes sympathy and concern from family, friends, and colleague. Pain may be a means of communication, punishment, hostile-aggressive impulse especially in alexithymic patient. Common complicated psychological and behavioral problems usually are regression and depression that are benefit from a comprehensive management program.
