The study is aimed at finding the effect of family environment of the patient so at to get a clear answer in respect to the understanding and acceptance of the schizophrenic, by using data from 30 cases of schizophrenic readmissions and 33 relatives of the patients. It was statistically significant the majority of relatives lacked knowledge and understanding of schizophrenia. Regarding acceptance, 60% of the patients readmitted to the hospital had their respects lowered or had not been respected at all by relative or members of family. Though the answers of a majority of relatives is different from the patients, the difference, however, is not statistically significant. The opinions of both groups are subjective to the belief and the social of home - visit also confirmed the unreadiness in every aspect the family to take back the patient.
