It is found that a type of common personality among the therapy. This is diffidence. This is the result of Thai customs and child rearing. Particularly, the aspect of "Follow grown ups advice" is widely practiced from young to old. It amazingly causes disturbed personality and even very serious as depressive behavior, suicidal attempt and the like. To lift up these problems, the patients must be taught to be independent and face up with his own problems by himself first. Role-playing is proved to be one of the most appropriate solution so far. It is also useful means of preventing mental illness in the Thais. A successful case is presented in this article.
