The Purpose of this study was to develop drug user students for decreased from using drug and increased their personality by themselves, in order to have a happiness living in their life. Sample of this study are 14 students of Soidaowittaya school in Chantaburi province selected from 1,181 students by select students who using drug and training by The Matrix Intensive program for 17 times (2 days per week and 1-2 hours per day). Research design of this study is one group pretest-posttest design. Data selection by testing, evaluating, questionnaire and observation with tools that researcher made and developed for this study and data analysis by used frequency, percent, mean and standard deviation. Results of this study are 1) Students are interested in participation The Matrix Intensive program in high level. 2) Students in The Matrix Intensive Program have higher achievement in level. 3) Students in The Matrix Intensive Program can develop their behavior and personality in the middle level. 4) Students satisfaction in participation The Matrix Intensive program in high level. The conclusion of this study that The Matrix Intensive Program success in middle level.
