A case of obsessional neurosis precipitated by incestuous situtions in which his father and sexual relationship with the sister, is reported. The patients was obsessed with incestuous feelings towards his mother and sister, and later on developed severe depression which is considered to be a common complication of obsessional neurosis. Treatments with psychotropic drugs, ressurance and superficial psychotherapy were given. After 8 months of treatments the patients was nuch better and could live a normal life.
