Sixty-eight patients from In-patient Services of Siriraj Hospital were analysed. Organic Brain Syndromes were the most common disorders 47% encountered. Alcoholism and psychoses developed after surgical operation were the most common causes of organic brain syndromes 10.29%. Psychogenic psychoses were not common as found in mental hospital.
