The author emphasize the difference of depressive feature in children from that af adults. Depression in children with masked clinical manifestations may mimick symptoms and signs of aggressiveness, hospital, abnormal psychormal psychomotor activity delinguent behavior etc. which lead to misdiagnoses and inadequate treatment. 56 cases are presented with details of symptoms, signs, diagnoses,and disscussion.
