A report of two male sibling with fragile X syndrome FXS in the children with mental retardation of unknow cause. Both patients had elongated face, prominent and ;arge ears, macro-orchidism and moderate mental retardation. The diagnosis was confirmed by DNA testing. The patients were full mutation and their mother was premutation.
