Objective 1. To collect factors influencing Thai athletic performance 2. To validate an instrument to measure factors influencing athletic performance Results : Half of athletes had insomnia and their aim only to gain experience.There were some problems between athletes and their coaches.Some had disturbed and stressed by incentive and its news. Nearly half felt the impact fo nicentive on their life and families.Most did not have personal conflict among team mates.More than half had frequently practised on positive motivation.Nearly half rarely practised relaxation techiques.A final instrument consisting of 41 items with a Cronbach alpha above 0.7 over 3 parts.
