ิ The studyof homicides by adolescents in south thailand who have 96 persons, average 18 years personality type security-introvert and intelligent level average (IQ=90-109). These adolescents were judged to be restained in the juvenlie Observation and protection center I.e. 51 subjects in the juvenlie Observation and protection center in surathani and other 45 subjects in the juvenile observation and protection center songkhla province. The result shows that the rate of homicides offenses was hight in Nakornsrithammarat. The parents' background couple agriculture and suffcient income to earn their living. The parents brought up their children with love and care. About way of life of these adolescents like to study while some group were hooligan like to ramble with to truant from school. The history from family were the elder brother and father had done the criminal offenses or were prosecuted in attempt murder. In these adolescents' history there are 3 times committing homicides. The type of the homicides were murder with guns or Knives and committed together with friends.The cause of homicides were blame and contempt.These adolescents' opinion were no intention to do harm and self defence.
